  • When Colliers International took over the management of the property in 2003, the common parts were extremely tired both internally and externally.
  • Plant and machinery was reported to be reaching the end of its economic life

REBRANDING

Following a survey to identify our tenants’ requirements and priorities, IPM have co-ordinated re-branding of the property via the following initiatives:

  • Re-naming the building
  • Refurbishment of common parts including lift and boiler replacement
  • External redecoration
  • New signage

Additional Income has been achieved by:

  • Implementation of strict parking regimes generating additional income of £12,000 per annum
  • Meeting and conference rooms for hire

ALTERNATIVE USES

  • Application has been submitted for change of use of part of the building for C1 (Hotels)

ENVIRONMENTAL INITIATIVES

  • Colliers International are preparing a green travel plan for the building
  • Recycling – introduction of recycling bins at the site have resulted in cost saving to the service charge
