BACKGROUND

  • Retail Park comprising of 3 retail warehouse units, one with food consent, with 205 car parking spaces and a separate service area totalling 41,732 sq ft.

STRATEGY

  • Reducing costs whilst increasing revenue
  • An Automated Number Plate Recognition System (ANPR) was installed free of charge replacing an on site car parking attendant, resulting in:
  • Reduction in service charge of £0.33 per sq ft
  • Client receives a percentage of the income achieved from tickets

CURRENT INITIATIVES

  • New signage to improve visibility from the main road
  • Landscaping – improvements to enhance the appearance of the site throughout the year
