The company has taken a 15th floor suite on a ten-year lease at £7 per sq ft.

GB Partnerships provides services to the health sector including estates management, property development and consultancy services. Since it was established in 2001, it has delivered in excess of £300 million worth of primary care centres.

Joint agents Colliers International and Savills acted on behalf of the landlord. D&P Holt advised the tenant.

Office suites from 1,000 sq ft up to floors of 4,256 sq ft are available to let at Cobalt Square, which is on the Hagley Road, close to Five Ways Island.
