Property News Hatrick of deals for Colliers International

The Colliers and FHP appointed as agents for Pegasus at East Midlands Airport

One of the world’s top three commercial real estate organisations, Colliers International, has been appointed as joint agent at Pegasus Business Park – a venture by East Midlands Airport and commercial property business, MAG Developments.

Colliers will work alongside Nottingham and Derby-based Fisher Hargreaves Proctor (FHP) to secure new occupiers for office and development land at the Business Park.

Located within the East Midlands Airport complex and adjacent to the M1 motorway, the 60-acre Pegasus Business Park currently provides over 225,000 sq ft of high-quality office accommodation, with existing occupiers including Regus, Price Waterhouse Coopers and Eon. The whole site also has outline planning consent for high quality business park use – with around 25-acres available for prestigious office development.

The Park is also the location of a new £22million Radisson Blu hotel, which when it opens later this year will offer premium meeting, conference and leisure facilities, in addition to 216-beds, a restaurant and bar.

East Midlands Airport serves over four million passengers annually and has direct flights to more than 90 destinations. It is also the busiest pure freight airport in the UK and is a major air hub for the Royal Mail, in addition to distribution occupiers including DHL, TNT and UPS.

MAG Developments, is the property and development arm of the East Midlands Airport owner, Manchester Airports Group (MAG). Its £325 million investment portfolio comprises over 200 properties across 5000 acres at its airport sites at East Midlands, Bournemouth, Manchester and Humberside.
