Springmoor Residential Park lies adjacent to Maustin Park and comprises a fully developed park home estate with 25 residential pitches all which are all excellently kept with impressively landscaped.
Richard Moss, Director at Colliers International in Leeds said, "We are continuing to see activity in the holiday and residential parks market which is encouraging. This property benefits from a variety of income streams and is situated in an excellent trading location so it is little wonder that we derived a high level of interest. I am sure that the quality of the parks, combined with progressive management, will lead continued success for the new owners for years to come”.
The parks were purchased by Rolson, Tyrone and William Larkham. Rolson Larkam said “Maustin and Springmoor are a great addition to our portfolio and continue the family operated ownership of these lovely parks. Being located between Harrogate and Wetherby, with Leeds just a short drive; the parks provide our customers with an almost endless list of attractions in the area. We are looking forward to developing excellent long standing relationships with the customers and taking the parks forward; building on the good work of the previous owner. The acquisition of Springmoor (in addition to Maustin) allowed us to add a further 120 high quality pitches to the portfolio which was a key factor in our decision to purchase the parks”
Colliers International is market leader in the caravan park sector and continues to take a proactive approach in achieving results for their increasing client base. The legal aspect of the sale was expertly handled by Nick Dyson and Nigel Hoyle of Blacks Solicitors in Leeds.
