06.06.2011Colliers International has announced the continuation of its senior recruitment drive with the appointment of Jonathan Baines to the Central London Investment team. Jonathan previously spent 17 years at Cushman & Wakefield setting up and running Spain as an equity partner. He then moved to the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation. Jonathan joins Colliers International after running the London International Investment Office focused on the investment market across Europe and in Central London, buying a significant number of properties for a wide range of international clients in both the West End and the City. In the last few years he has concluded over £1bn of capital deals.
