Asia, 25 April, 2017 - Colliers International (NASDAQ: CIGI; TSX: CIGI), a global leader in commercial real estate services, has launched a new business line, Flexible Workspace Services, in order to help clients capitalise on the fast growing flexible workspace sector in Asia. Jonathan Wright has been appointed to lead the new business.

Sam Harvey-Jones, Managing Director of Occupier Services, Asia at Colliers International, commented: “We have been growing our specialisation in the flexible workspace sector through client events, operator engagement and thought leadership. Despite the infancy of this business, we have already created significant opportunities for our clients, with further opportunities in the pipeline. Creating a formalised Flexible Workspace Services business line is a logical step for us in terms of continuing to offer comprehensive and consistent services to our clients across the region.”

Harvey-Jones continued: “Jonathan brings a wealth of experience and expertise to lead the new business, having already focused on the flexible workspace sector, informally, for a number of years and across several markets. He will be instrumental in identifying new clients and opportunities across operator expansion, landlord and investor advisory and end user solutions.”

According to Colliers’ recently released Flexible Workspace Outlook Report, the flexible workspace landscape has changed significantly in the last few years with operators evolving and scaling rapidly and solid corporate demand unpinning this growth. To read the full report, click here
