Executive Leadership
As President and Chief Executive Officer of the U.S. and LATAM regions, Gil Borok is responsible for managing the overall strategic direction and performance of Colliers’ rapidly growing business.
Based in Los Angeles, CA, Gil is focused on advancing Colliers’ growth objectives in the U.S. and LATAM, while ensuring the success of its people and providing best-in-class solutions to its clients.
Prior to joining Colliers in November 2017 as Chief Operating Officer of the U.S. business, Gil served in a variety of finance-related roles at CBRE Group, Inc. Between 2010 and 2014, Gil was Chief Financial Officer of CBRE Group.
Earlier professional experience includes Big 4 public accounting experience and a role as Chief Accounting Officer of Dole Food Company.
Regional Leadership
As President of the West Region Brokerage for Colliers U.S., David Josker is responsible for the performance and entrepreneurial initiatives of the firm’s offices across Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, Utah, and Washington.
Previously serving as President of U.S. Southwest Region Brokerage, David’s executive oversight resulted in the region doubling its annual revenue, markedly increasing total brokerage headcount across each service line, and fueling comprehensive growth throughout the country. His purpose-driven approach to advancing organic growth objectives is rooted in developing a robust enterprising culture and empowering professionals with the resources and support to deliver best-in-class client solutions.
David sets the standard of excellence for brokerage service across all West markets and inspires his peers as a leadership inspiration. With more than two decades of commercial real estate experience, he brings a broad range of expertise to his executive role. He has served in leadership capacities across multiple business lines, including brokerage, property management, project management, debt and structured finance, investment sales, and valuation.
David has devoted his career to being a servant leader, a value developed while serving in the U.S. Marine Corps. His efforts and success in creating a progressive environment for diversity, equity, and inclusion are widely recognized at Colliers and throughout the broader business community.
Gregg Shutan is the President of Colliers’ East Region brokerage business. In this role, he directly oversees all brokerage operations and service lines in Colliers’ East region with a focus on new business development, talent recruitment and retention and operational excellence.
Gregg has excelled as a top-tier executive for over two decades, providing cutting-edge workplace solutions and overseeing real estate portfolio management across three continents for some of the world’s largest corporations.
Previously, Gregg was the President of Integrated Accounts for CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services business. In this role, he focused on integrating advisory and transaction capabilities into CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions accounts. He was also the President of the North Division of CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions | Enterprise business where he was accountable for delivering real estate and facility management services to CBRE’s occupier clients with headquarters in the northern United States and Canada. Clients included Global 1000 and Fortune 500 corporations, leading healthcare organizations, and governmental entities.

Scott Nelson is CEO, Occupier Services | Global at Colliers and is responsible for strategy and leadership of the global Occupier Services business unit. Occupier Services makes up the platform of talent and tools that supports our clients directly and in partnership with our transaction advisory professionals that lead many of these relationships. Occupier client engagements include tenant representation transaction advisory and project management assignments, multi-market accounts, to comprehensive corporate real estate outsourcing. Occupier Services includes service lines such as Enterprise Clients/Account Management, Client Experience, Strategic Consulting, Technology Services (including our Colliers360 platform), Lease Administration, Transaction Management and Project Management. Occupier Services is a global business with deep capabilities sitting within each of the three regions of Americas, EMEA and APAC.
David Amsterdam is President, Capital Markets | U.S. He is responsible for managing and executing investment sales, debt & equity and structured finance transactions across the U.S. and in critical global markets.

Anjee Solanki brings 30 years of focused retail estate experience, and world-class expertise regarding everything retail to Colliers International. She provides strategic retail advisory services to enhance value for her clients with her expertise in lifestyle, community, power center, neighborhood, mixed-use retail/residential, and resort retail.
She has developed and manages strong working relationships with institutional and private clients such as State of Florida, State of Michigan, Heitman, Invesco, Grosvenor Americas, American Realty Advisors, TH Realty, PNC, and Zurich to name a few.
Her strategy identifies current market and property inefficiencies to capture untapped value through asset repositioning, releasing, redevelopment, rehabilitation, proactive management, and enhanced marketing.
Creative problem-solving is her specialty, and she becomes a key stakeholder with national and international retailers, such as JPMC, Opry City Stage/Ole Red and Tim Hortons, and many others. Her highly focused approach reduces the risk profile and provides clients with a thoughtful approach executing strategic multi-year planning initiatives.

Previously, Anjee served as Executive Vice President, Retail Services for Madison Marquette. She successfully assisted with repositioning community centers to lifestyle projects and identified opportunities to create value, resulting in higher returns for her clients. She also provided strategic analysis on complex redevelopment projects to address both the asset’s financial stabilization and/or the client’s exit strategy

Anjee is originally from Southern California and currently resides in San Francisco. She is active in the Rincon Hill neighborhood residential improvement group, which participates in the public review of the highly anticipated Salesforce Transit Center in San Francisco.
As National Director | Healthcare for the USA, Shawn's focus is to cultivate a strong, value-driven platform in the healthcare space, allowing Colliers to raise the bar in delivering innovative and successful solutions to our healthcare clients.
Shawn brings more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, including more than 20 years dedicated to the healthcare real estate sector. He has held senior positions as both principal and advisor. Shawn's clients have included health systems, hospitals, physician groups and third party owners/developers. He prides himself on understanding the drivers of the healthcare industry, and applying that knowledge to help clients develop real estate strategies which support their vision and achieve their goals.
Prior to joining Colliers, Shawn served at Caddis Healthcare Real Estate as Managing Director, where he was responsible for new business development and executive leadership of healthcare real estate projects throughout the Midwestern U.S. Previously, he served in leadership positions at Pacific Medical Buildings, JLL, and Lillibridge. During his tenure as Managing Director, Healthcare Solutions for JLL, Shawn was responsible for the strategy, business plan and organizational structure of the firm's healthcare practice.
Jeremy Walling serves as Executive Vice President for Colliers Valuation & Advisory Services (CVAS), and is responsible for leading its 50+ offices with more than 350 professionals across the US.
Mr. Walling is charged with developing strategic goals and objectives for CVAS in the US, and designing production and operational processes that create value for our stakeholders. Responsibilities also include national recruiting efforts, promoting a team oriented culture aligned with Colliers’ core values (Service, Expertise, Community & Fun), and delivering innovative resources and production tools to the industry’s best valuation professionals.
Stephanie Rodriguez
National Director, Industrial Services | U.S. and Executive Managing Director – Florida
Miami
As National Director of Industrial Services for the U.S., Stephanie focuses on the overall growth of Colliers’ industrial business, including establishing new client relationships and expanding existing affiliations. She promotes talent recruitment and retention to support Colliers’ best-in-class Industrial Services team as they accelerate client success.
Drawing on her 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Stephanie leads Colliers’ Industrial platform, especially in providing thought leadership, research, and marketing. She brings extensive experience in acquisitions, lease transactions and negotiations, asset management, and development projects.
As the Executive Managing Director of Colliers Florida, Stephanie is responsible for all aspects of Colliers’ operations in the Florida region, focusing on financial management, human capital development, and new business generation. She leads a team of brokers and support staff advising clients who wish to sell, purchase, or lease retail, office, medical, industrial, land, and multifamily assets. Stephanie also collaborates with the firm’s Real Estate Management Services and Valuation and Advisory divisions on identifying and sourcing new business opportunities.
Before joining Colliers, Stephanie spent nearly 15 years at Duke Realty Corporation, where she rose to the level of Regional Senior Vice President, overseeing leasing for a multi-market, multi-million-square-foot portfolio in Central and South Florida in addition to leading property management, development, and marketing of the firm’s industrial portfolio in the region. Before her time at Duke, she held progressively more senior roles at Trammell Crow Company and CBRE.
Platform Leadership
Frank Blanton serves as Senior Vice President of US Operations for Colliers’ United States business, corporately based in Encino CA. In this role, Frank supports the US enterprise with responsibility for brokerage operations, corporate facilities management, operational data management, procurement, profitability enhancement, acquisition integration and operational projects (business process change and optimization and compliance).
Prior to joining Colliers in May 2018, starting in 2003, Frank served in a variety of Finance-operations related roles at CBRE Group, Inc. From 2015 until his departure in April 2018, Frank served as Senior Vice President, Enterprise Systems & Enablement and between 2008 and 2014 served as Corporate Controller of CBRE Group. During his tenure at CBRE, Frank at different times served in roles leading Global FP&A, Americas Finance, Internal Audit and Financial Compliance and also supported special projects, corporate facilities management, M&A diligence and integrations.
Prior to its acquisition by CBRE Group in 2003, Frank was the head of Corporate Finance and Financial Reporting for Insignia Financial Group, Inc. based in New York, NY and Greenville SC from 1996 to 2003. Frank began his career in Audit Assurance with Ernst & Young LLP (1992 to 1996) with a concentration in real estate services and construction.
Frank is a certified public accountant in the State of South Carolina and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Management with a concentration in Accounting from Clemson University.
Michael Harding

Based in Toronto at Colliers Global Head Office, Michael Harding is a member of Colliers U.S. Executive Leadership Team and serves as Vice President, Strategy for Colliers U.S. and Latin American operations. In this role, Michael is responsible for the U.S. and LATAM strategic plan, strategic broker recruiting and underwriting, M&A sourcing, due diligence, and integration. In addition, he spearheads key operational initiatives and special projects across Colliers brokerage, valuations, property management, and shared services platform to ensure the business’s continued growth and the execution of the strategic plan.
