Andrew joined Colliers Taiwan in August 2006, and is responsible for management and operation of the Taiwan office, which is staffed by over 250 real estate professionals. He oversees all the activities for the branch, including new business development, strategy management , client relationship management, investment advisory, real estate management and brokerage services.

Man Chan is the Senior Executive Director for Occupier Services and Landlord Representation Services in Colliers Taiwan. His responsibilities include leading the business team, to provide strategic direction for accelerating the growth of businesses and ensure strong collaboration for delivering outstanding services to Colliers’ clients. Man has over 20 years of extensive experience in commercial real estate industry with a proven track record of delivering transaction and advisory solutions to multinational corporations, institutional landlords/investors, and domestic companies.
Prior to Colliers, Man was the Executive Director for Advisory and Transaction Services in CBRE Taiwan and has held various senior positions in the organization such as Head of Office Services, Occupier, Head of Investor Leasing and Project Lead for Taipei 101’s Owner Leasing and Marketing Agent. Man’s professional experience including tenant representation, project leasing and marketing, building positioning and design consultancy, property acquisition and disposition, and strategic corporate real estate advisory.

Nearly 30 years of project and construction management experiences in Taiwan construction markets, with an in-depth understanding of construction market trends in various key regions of Taiwan, especially the ample new build construction project throughout Taiwan and interior project experiences in once the world tallest landmark building, Taipei 101, and most of the newly built Class-A commercial buildings in Taipei such as Nan Shan Plaza, Cathay Landmark Plaza, Far Glory Financial plaza building, etc.. In the past almost three decades, James has managed projects under diverse project types including green field and interior fit out projects for commercial offices, industrial facilities, technology facilities, residential, hotel, and retails spaces for the private sectors of global enterprises such as one of the largest Google new R&D hardware consolidation project in New Taipei City, Google Taipei HQ in Taipei 101, Google Chang-Bing Data Centre, and other global logistic companies such as Amazon, Facebook, as well as many world class financial institutions in Taiwan, i.e. Standard Chartered Bank, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, etc. and commercial retail spaces for ZARA, GAP, and Core Pacific Living Mall, etc.; besides, new build projects including office, cleaning room, manufacturing faciity in Tainan and Taichung Industrial Science Parks and entire building renovation of Scientology Church in Kaohsiung city.

Ryan Chu has more than 20 years of experience in advertising/public relationship and familiar with the marketing strategy and media mechanism of Taiwan property market. Now is in charge of Colliers Taiwan's branding, marketing and public relationship function. Proven ability to maximize media efficiency for clients based on potent marketing and media experiences and has gained tremendous confidence and recognition from clients.
Ryan is a strategic thinker and an effective communicator with several years of professional experience in client servicing, events, brand Marketing & Management. Self-starter, dynamic and creative Strategy & communication strategist with a strong work ethic to build up excellent relationships with clients through delivery excellence and Public Relations ability. Has extensive experience working on projects for leading brands across the globe. Strong business acumen with a passion to constantly learn new things.
She is passionate about the positive and sustainable development of society and the environment in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Not only involvement in charity, contribution to environmental protection and other "social participation". Ryan uses an 11-year long-term strategy to support the needs of children with disabilities that are ignored by society, promotes cooperation between various units of the Taipei City Government, and assists in the establishment of the [Taipei Critical Child Association] in 2019. There are still more than 300 disabled children. Families, provide uninterrupted assistance and contributions.
Prior to joining Colliers, Ryan Chu had 5 years of experience in advertising agency and FMCG industry with smooth relationship with media. Responsible for branding and marketing functions with proven ability for creative thinking, project management, client relationship and communication skills.
Eilleen mainly works in partnership with different service professionals to provide clients with the market intelligence required to support practical business decisions and provide multi-level support across all property types, ranging from data collection to comprehensive market report coverage.
Connie Lin is a highly skilled and experienced HR professional with 26 years of experience in helping FMCG, banking, and non-profit companies thrive. Her expertise lies in employee onboarding, talent development, performance management, succession planning, and employee relations. With her profound understanding of these areas, Colliers Taiwan has been able to attract and retain top talent, achieve their business goals, and foster a positive and engaging workplace culture.

Johnny joined Colliers in June 2006 and assumed the role of Information Technology Engineer for Taipei office in June 2006. To affirm Johnny's effect, he has been assigned as a Associate Director in April 2016.
