Drew specializes in the sale and leasing of retail properties for Colliers Turley Martin Tucker's Kansas City office and has over three years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage. He began his brokerage career at NAI FMA Realty in Lincoln, Nebraska. During his time at FMA, Drew handled the leasing of one of Lincoln's largest office buildings and led the procurement and successful disposition of a seven restaurant portfolio throughout Nebraska and Iowa. He was also involved in numerous investment sales and retail development projects in Nebraska. Since arriving in Kansas City, Drew has spearheaded several significant sale and leasing assignments for the retail team.
During the past 2 years, Drew has managed over 50 sale and lease transactions, totaling in excess of $10 million.
