Prior to joining Colliers, Mr. Malm was a Principal at CM Realty, Inc. from 2006 to 2008. Mr. Malm was an Associate with CB Richard Ellis from 2001 to 2005 where he specialized in corporate representation and completed the Wheel Program, considered to be the Commercial Real Estate Industry’s best training program. Prior to entering the real estate field, he worked as a Senior Account Executive for Nextel Communications where he was responsible for facilitating communication solutions for medium to large corporate and industrial customers, as well as new technology companies. He and his wife, Nicole, live in San Ramon with their two sons.
