Doug Tyler joined Colliers Spectrum Cauble in June 2002 as Director, Business Park Properties for three industrial parks with 1,600,000 square feet and 200 acres of developable land.  Mr. Tyler’s responsibilities include leasing, property management, construction and development.  Mr. Tyler has over 27 years experience in the industrial development and brokerage business in the metro Atlanta area.  Mr. Tyler has been a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, as well as The National Association of Industrial & Office Parks Board of Directors and Council for Quality Growth, a Gwinnett County developers association.
