Doug Morrow began his career in commercial real estate in 1995 when he entered a training program at Trione & Gordon. Doug developed an ability to master the challenges of successful lease and sale negotiations on behalf of his clients.
In 1996, Doug joined a small company, S.E. Covington and Company with a well-developed book of clients. He was one of their leading brokers until he was attracted to synergy offered by Axis Property Advisors. Doug joined Axis in July of 2000 to work with a team of young brokers. Doug has completed over 100 lease transactions in office, retail and industrial projects with a lease value in excess of $30 million. He has also negotiated land and building sales for both investors and end users.
Doug joined the Colliers International team in 2002 where he continues to specialize primarily in office transactions.
