- Represented Union Institute & University in the sale-lease back of a 55,750 SF building valued at $9,500,000 and sale of a 43,000 SF building valued at $2,700,000.
- Represented Clear Channel in the lease of 60,000 SF at the Bank One Towers in Cincinnati’s northeastern suburb of Kenwood. Lease is valued at over $10 million
- Represented Pension Corp. of America in a 3-building purchase and sale transaction valued at $2 million
- Represented TerraPark Properties in multiple sales and dispositions of parking lots valued over $3,000,000
- Represented CTI, Inc. in the lease of 40,000 SF @ Northmark Business Center II in Blue Ash with a lease value of $4.5 million
