- Represented Pension Corp. of America in a 3-building purchase and sale transaction valued at $2 million
- Represented Radio One in the lease of 10,000 SF, which is valued at $1.5 million
- Represented the owners of a 73-acre estate sale, which was purchased for $1.3 million
- Represented TerraPark Properties in multiple sales and dispositions of parking lots valued over $3,000,000
- Represented CTI, Inc. in the lease of 40,000 SF @ Northmark Business Center II in Blue Ash with a lease value of $4.5 million
