Don has concentrated upon selling and leasing commercial property to and for technology oriented companies, developers and institutional owners, and office users. In addition to his selling and leasing responsibilities, he is Corporate Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Colliers International Partnership and is a Principal.

Business Background
Don enters his 31st year of service to Silicon Valley Landlords and Tenants after joining Colliers International in 1980, following an outstanding sales and marketing career in California’s Napa Valley with Owens-Illinois, Inc. as a Major Accounts Manager. Since joining Colliers International, Don has achieved the company’s award for Top Annual Producer three separate times. In 1995, Don was formally inducted into the ASVB “Hall of Fame” by his peers in recognition of his lengthy and successful career as a professional in Silicon Valley. Don has also been nominated on three occasions by his Silicon Valley peers as the Top R&D (Electronics) “Broker of the Year”. In 1991, Don was formally inducted into the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), the premier real estate organization in the world, where membership is earned by tenured performance and adherence to strict ethical standards.

Don enjoys golf, canoeing, theater, reading and travel in his leisure time. He is a past President of the Northern California Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, and served as President and Chairman of the Board of Pasatiempo, Inc. in Santa Cruz, California for two terms. Don is an active member of SIOR, NAIOP, and ASVB and currently a seated Director of the Monterey Peninsula Country Club, Pebble Beach, California.
