I am Director of London City Capital Markets at Colliers International, specialising in the sale and acquisition of commercial property as well as providing development consultancy.

I joined Colliers International in 2003 as a member of the London Investment Department, specialising in London commercial property Investment, after leaving Cushman & Wakefield. With over 20 years experience of the Central London commercial property market, I have acted for numerous institutional investors including Aviva,  Aberdeen Asset Management, Legal & General and the Church Pension Fund, as well as overseas Soverign Wealth Funds, banks and property companies. I also have a wealth of experience acting on behalf of private investors from around the world.

Sherborne House, Cannon Street EC4, freehold acquisition of office and retail building and subsequent resale for £47.1m, completed 2018.

16-18 New Bridge Street, sale of freehold offices and retail for private overseas investor for £20m, completed 2018.

66 Newman Street, sale for Legal & General of vacant Long leasehold offices with planning for redevelopment for £17.5m, completed 2018.

Quadrangle 111-125 Oxford Street, W1 forward purchase/construction funding, of retail office and residential, total deal price £153m.
