Derek joined Colliers in 2008 when they merged with the Markward Group. He joined the Markward Group in 2006 specializing in the retail sector. As a native of the Lehigh Valley, Derek’s knowledge of the local market,
combined with his commercial real estate expertise, have made him a valued client
representative. He represents landlords, tenants and investors.

PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Prior to joining Markward Group, Derek owned and operated a successful business for eight years and was an integral part in the launch of a second business in 2005.

The approach he applied to these entrepreneurial ventures, (vision, motivation, organization and commitment), has transferred to his work in commercial real estate and delivered positive results for his strong client base.
