Dee has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, with Colliers International-Tampa Bay since July 1989. After a twelve year concentration in corporate services, she shifted focus to industrial real estate. Since 2003 she has worked in tandem with partner, Edward Miller, CCIM, SIOR. On behalf of their very satisfied clients, Dee and Ed have disposed of or acquired well over three million square feet of buildings and over 1000 acres of land valued at over $440 million. While both partners have overlapping skills, they each concentrate on what they do best. Dee’s strong suit is process management, analysis, marketing strategy, reporting and attention to detail.
