Dean Mueller currently oversees all services provided to investor clients throughout Colliers Turley Martin Tucker's (CTMT) eight office firm. He focuses on strategic coordination of the Investment Services Group (ISG), Landlord Agency Leasing, and the Real Estate Management Services (REMS) division. Dean works with all three groups to expand business with existing investor clients as well as develop new business. He also recruits both brokerage and management talent to service the investor clients.

After joining CTMT in 1984 as a property manager, Dean played an instrumental role in developing CTMT's account management approach to property leasing and management. CTMT named him Vice President in 1989 and he assumed the duties of Director of Property Management in 1993. Dean's leadership continued to be recognized by the firm in 1994 when he was named Senior Vice President and then Executive Vice President in 2000. When CTMT looked to expand its REMS division in the Chicago marketplace in 2001, he again played a leadership role.

Dean is a Principal of the firm and also contributes as a member of the firm's Executive Committee, a group charged with operating the company. His other responsibilities include new business development, staffing, and servicing all management accounts and coordinating CTMT's different disciplines such as design/construction/engineering, information services, brokerage, and management services for institutional and investment clients.
