Dean Mueller leads all investor client services for Colliers Turley Martin Tucker (CTMT), one of the nation’s largest privately held real estate firms. He is responsible for strategic alignment of the Investment Services Group (ISG), Landlord Agency Leasing, and the Real Estate Management Services (REMS) divisions. Work­ing with all three groups, Dean expands existing business with investor clients and develops new business. He also leads recruitment of top brokerage and management talent to best serve CTMT’s investor clients.

After joining Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in 1984 as a property manager, Dean played an instrumental role in developing CTMT’s account management approach to property leasing and management. CTMT named Dean Vice President in 1989 and then Director of Real Estate Management in 1993. Dean’s leadership contin­ued to be recognized by the firm in 1994 when he was named Senior Vice President and then Executive Vice President in 2000. When CTMT looked for growth in its REMS division in the Chicago marketplace in 2001, Dean again played a leadership role in the expansion.

Dean is a Principal and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, CTMT’s leadership group charged with operating the company. His other responsibilities include new business development, staffing, and servicing of all management accounts. For institutional and investment clients, Dean oversees CTMT’s multiple service lines including design/construction/engineering, information services, brokerage and management services.
