As Vice President and Principal of Colliers Houston & Co. Property Management Services, Mr. Violette is responsible for all aspects of the Property Management Division.   The Property Management Division currently oversees in excess of 4 million square feet of commercial real estate encompassing the Northern and Central regions of New Jersey.   The department consists of 25 people comprised of 5 professionals, 6 clerical support and 14 field personnel.

Achievements
Previously, as Vice President and Principal of Advantage Property Management, Mr. Violette was responsible for overseeing the preparation and completion of all monthly financial reports and annual budgets for a portfolio of 2.1 million square feet.   He was also responsible for the operation of all accounting, administration and information systems of the company.   Mr. Violette was also instrumental in completing the merger of Advantage Property Management with Colliers Houston & Company in September of 1997.

From 1989 - 1996, Mr. Violette served as Corporate Treasurer and Controller for Bridgewood Properties, Inc./Koll, a full service commercial real estate organization operating with three offices primarily in the northern and central New Jersey markets.   Mr. Violette was responsible for the overall operation of all finance, accounting, administration, and information system departments of the company.
