AREA OF EXPERTISE
David Lockwood is a Senior Vice President of Colliers International. His primary areas of expertise include brokerage management with a concentration on leasing of office and retail properties, market analyses, lease negotiations, corporate services and consultative brokerage.

PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
David has been recognized numerous times for his service to the REALTORS® Association and is a past recipient of the Central Carolina REALTORS® Association’s REALTORS® of the Year Award, the President’s Excellence Program Award and the Grassroots REALTORS® of the Year Award. David has served as the President of the Central Carolina REALTORS® Association and the South Carolina REALTORS® Association. He currently serves on the Finance Committee and the Executive Committee of the National Association of REALTORS®. He is also a past Chairman of the Carolinas Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS®.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
David serves as the Chair of the Columbia City Center Partnership for the CBD Business Improvement District in addition to serving on the Board of Directors of EngenuitySC and ePropertydata.com LLC. He is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Greater Columbia Chamber of Commerce, Friends of Juvenile Justice and Sandhills School.
