He has played an instrumental role in the sales and leasing of more than 14 million square feet with a total dollar volume in excess of $225 million. His experience working with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants gives him unique insight into the needs and objectives of each side making him a more effective negotiator. In 1998 Mr. Hazlett was made a shareholder of Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler, Inc.
