David N. Glasscock is a twenty year veteran to the commercial and tenant representation field of real estate. David has represented local, regional and national companies for their corporate and individual assignments. Mr. Glasscock directs the firm’s office leasing and client corporate service activities. Mr. Glasscock worked with Brook Partners and Fischer & Company where he acted as a senior executive responsible for real estate, client services for Nortel Networks, Fujitsu Network Communication, and other corporate clients. During his tenure with Fischer & Company, Mr. Glasscock was involved in spearheading more than 1 million square feet of client build-to-suit developments and 5 million square feet of client lease commitments. David has been active in the Dallas CBD for 5 years in both leasing and disposition of both office and Land. He is a member of the Central Dallas Association and the Downtown Leasing Agents Group. Mr. Glasscock, as a corporate service provider, represented Nortel Networks in the fourteen western states. The portfolio included both Texas and California, and consisted of 70 leased and owned locations totaling 3.5 million square feet of office and industrial space.
