As President of the firm Mr. Gillece has management oversight for offices in Baltimore, MD and Charlotte and Raleigh, NC. He serves on the Board of Colliers Pinkard's parent company as well.

Mr. Gillece has a strong background in Corporate Services, having served as the Managing Director of the firm's Corporate Services Group. He maintains a strong advisory/tenant representation practice. Major clients have included Legg Mason, Under Armour, Travelers, The Johns Hopkins University and RTKL.

Mr. Gillece remains active in life science business development, having served as Chairman of the Board of the State of Maryland’s Enterprise Investment Fund, an early stage equity fund focused on young technology companies. He has also served as consultant to the University of Maryland Baltimore County in the development of their university research park.

Mr. Gillece’s recent civic involvements include a past member of the Board of Trustees for American Type Culture Collection; a Board Member and a member of the Executive Committee for the Downtown Partnership of Baltimore; Board Member of the Johns Hopkins University Institute for Policy Studies; Board Member of St. Frances Academy and Calvert Hall College H.S.; Past Chairman of the Board of the State of Maryland Enterprise Investment Fund and past Chairman and current Board Member of the Executive Committee for the Economic Alliance of Greater Baltimore and past Board Member of the Greater Baltimore Committee.
