He specializes in high volume retailer rollouts and the leasing and selling of retail property
in the Philadelphia Metropolitan Area, New Jersey and Delaware markets.

David specializes in identifying creative ways to match retail environments with his client’s business needs — built on years of cultivated relationships with tenants, landlords, investors, government agencies and lending institutions. He provides exclusive tenant representation services to retailers thorughout the tri-state area. These include: America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses, Hand & Stone Massage Spa, Pancheros Mexican Grill, Regis Corporation, Sonic Drive-In, T-Mobile Corporation, and the UPS Store.

He also represents several grocery-anchored shopping centers in the region with experience in repositiing and redevelopment to help them capitalize on current market conditions and maximize the value of their assets.
