Representation project. He has been Vice-Chairman of the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtor’s - Commercial/Industrial Division.
Mr. Downey is involved civically as a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for the Goodwill Industries of the Chesapeake. Mr. Downey is also a graduate of the 2004 Leadership Program sponsored by the Greater Baltimore Committee.
