Dave specializes in sales & leasing of industrial properties focusing on the Greater Dayton area.
Dave negotiated the sale of a 38-acre site in Kettering, representing General Motors Corporation. Dave was part of the team at Colliers that marketed and negotiated the following sales and leases in the Greater Dayton area: leased the 102,000 SF American Building’s facility; sold the Honda facility, 191,000 SF; sold 140,000 SF Price Brothers facility; leased the 62,000 SF Laughter facility; marketed and leased the Signal Hill office facility, 80,000 SF; sold the Aerovent facility, 119,000 SF; leased the 221,000 SF Aerovent facility; General Motors 1,100,000 SF Dayton Inland plant; and several General Motor land sites.
Prior to joining Colliers, Dave was employed by CSX as development manager of a 500-acre mixed use office/light industrial park. His projects included working on development of new office/warehouse projects, tenant refit, tenant leasing, land sales, zoning issues, and utilities. Healso has extensive experience involving environmental concerns.
