Danny joined Colliers Arnold early in 2006 as an intern with the research team in the Orlando office. During his internship, Danny proved himself as an asset to the Orlando team and joined Colliers Arnold full-time immediately following his graduation from UCF. His knowledge, skills, abilities and attention to detail along with his background in Management and Entreprenuership have brought tremendous value to Colliers Arnold.
Since becoming a full-time employee, Danny has worked with numerous agents in the office, coordinating various aspects of the real estate process including but not limited to:
- site selection
- demographic anlaysis
- aerial images (3D and thematically colored)
- leasing and sales comparables
- competition studies
- market research
Along with his day-to-day tasks, Danny produces quarterly market research reports on the industrial, office and retail segments of the commercial real estate industry for the three markets covered by Colliers Arnold; Central Florida, Tampa Bay and Southwest Florida.

Danny succesfully completed his real estate licensing requirements and received his Sales Associates license in August of 2007.
Danny is currently a CCIM Candidate and working towards the CCIM designation.
