Since 1960, Dan Wilkinson has been in the real estate profession. During the early 1960’s, he served in the Army and Army Reserves achieving the rank of Captain. From 1962 through 1995, Dan focused on the land assemblage of Airport Industrial Park, a Memphis development that ultimately included 1,200 acres and approximately 15 million square feet of improvements. During that same period, he also focused on industrial brokerage, including both tenant and landlord representation. Beginning in 1998, he began to focus on industrial investment sales and has completed approximately $700 million of such transactions. During his 50 year carreer, he has sold approximately one billion dollars worth of property. He has had the privilege of serving a multitude of national clients.

After joining the firm of Wilkinson & Snowden, Inc., which now operates as Colliers International, in 1960, he became a partner and vice president in 1968. He served as president of Colliers Wilkinson Snowden, which now operates as Colliers International, from 1994 to 2004, and has served as chairman of the board since that time. Dan joined the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR) in 1971 and served as their National President in 1992. He holds additional designations in the Counselors of Real Estate (CRE), and is also a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS)
