Mr. Feldman is a Senior Real Estate Manager for Colliers International. He is responsible for directing both project operational and financial analysis including the design, implementation, and maintenance of the decision support systems. Mr. Feldman is the managing consultant for the Colliers engagement with the FDIC and Invensys, Plc for their portfolio of properties.  Prior to this he has been the managing consultant to the Government Development Bank for Puerto Rico and the State of California Office of Court Construction for the transfer of court facilities between county and state governmental agencies.  In this capacity, he helped facilitate an interactive project management system for over 600 facilities, spearheaded sustainability programs, conducted due diligence coordination, designed and implemented financial reporting mechanisms, participated in legislative review and amendments, and carried out logistical support.  In addition, Mr. Feldman was a financial advisor for the US Army’s Residential Community Investment Program (“RCI”) tasked with reviewing the construction and development proforma’s for the selection of a master developer on multiple bases across the United States.
