AREA OF EXPERTISE
Craig is the company’s Chief Knowledge Officer—the architect behind and leader of Colliers University (CU). In this role, Craig works with the senior executive team to guide the global growth and expansion of Colliers.
He is responsible for leading the CU team in delivering personal and professional development opportunities to Colliers globally. Craig’s focus is on developing strategy, systems, and implementation through CU to reach every level in the company, from the receptionist to the CEO.
Craig also leads the Sustainability Initiative and the global Client Engagement Initiative for Colliers International and is a member of the Word Green Building Council and the Regenerative Network.

BUSINESS BACKGROUND
Craig joined Colliers International in May of 2001 as the leader of the financial services division, where he was responsible for the Colliers Institutional Services Group (CISG), investment services brokerage activities, mortgage finance, and appraisals. Craig held the position of chief operating officer from late 2001 through 2003.
Craig’s background also includes experience in the formation of LoopNet. He has held the following positions within PropertyFirst.com (LoopNet) and CB Richard Ellis: senior vice president of products and services, senior managing director, senior vice president of the investment properties group, and regional investment analyst.
