Profile

As Vice President and Principal of the firm, Mr. Lewis serves as a real estate advisor in Colliers Pinkard's Towson office, specializing in industrial sales and leasing in the I-95 Corridor, with a focus on Class A Bulk warehouse, port terminal and multi-modal assignments. Mr. Lewis is a member of the Colliers International Multi Modal Services Group as well as active in the brokering and repositioning of heavy industrial projects.

Mr. Lewis  has provided property representation and corporate facilities dispositions for clients such as:

  • Crown Central Petroleum - petroleum tank farm disposition located on 9.5 acres of land
  • Crown Simplimatic - industrial leasing and disposition of a 330,000-square-foot industrial facility
  • Dal-Tile - 80,000-square-foot industrial sublease
  • Delsey Luggage - disposition of a 92,000-square-foot manufacturing plant in Denton, MD and a 40,000-square-foot sublease in Baltimore, Maryland
  • Exxon Mobile Corporation - disposition of 15 acres of industrial land at the Port of Baltimore
  • Georgia Pacific - disposition of two industrial facilities in Maryland totaling 120,000 square feet
  • Price Brothers - disposition of a 92-acres industrial site sold for redevelopment
  • Ralcorp - disposition of a 120,000-square-foot industrial building on 8.5 acres
  • Rukert Terminals - leasing of 35,000-square-foot office building near Port of Baltimore
  • The House of Seagrams - disposition of 20 acres of industrial land near BWI Airport

Mr. Lewis has also serviced the lease and purchase needs of local, national and international tenants including:

  • Consol Energy / CNX Marine Terminal - 500,000-square-foot industrial lease
  • Dal-Tile - 300,000-square-foot regional distribution center lease
  • DAP Products, Inc. - 180,000-square-foot regional distribution center lease
  • Henry Bath - 600,000-square-foot industrial lease
  • North Eastern Supply - 100,000-square-foot distribution center lease
  • Procter & Gamble - 550,000 square feet industrial lease
  • Richie Brothers Auctioneers - purchase of 230 acres of land in Cecil County
  • Rukert Terminals - purchase of 15 acres of industrial land in Port of Baltimore
  • TNT Red Star Express - purchase of 20 acres of land for the development of a 120-door truck terminal facility

Mr. Lewis is involved civically with the Valley Planning Council of Baltimore County, the Living Classrooms where he is a navigator and involved with fundraising and is a member of the Baltimore Junior Area Commerce.
