Cody’s real estate career started in 1998 at CB Richard Ellis in the San Francisco Peninsula office.
After relocating to Denver, Cody became a Sales Associate focusing primarily on servicing industrial users in the Denver Metro area.  During his tenure, Cody has represented such clients as International Truck & Engine Corp., Atria Inc., Atkins Nutritional, Florida Tile, Ark Molding, and First Industrial Realty Trust where he was involved in leasing, disposition and acquisition of their Southeast Denver portfolio.
