Clay Rabel joined Colliers International’s Retail Services Group in 2008 with more than ten years experience in commercial real estate specializing in the disciplines of retail tenant representation, project leasing, investment sales and development, including single tenant build to suits.
Clay began his real estate career in 1998 and spent over ten years with Houston-based MSC Properties, Inc. While at MSC Properties he represented several national retailers including Family Dollar, Movie Gallery, Speedy Cash, Save A Lot, Dolex Dollar Express, Little Caesars, AutoZone and others, facilitating their expansion in the Houston/Galveston Metropolitan areas, as well as the entire Southeast Texas region. Clay has also worked extensively with a number of developers and investors assisting in the acquisition and disposition of properties, including several multi-parcel assemblies.
Clay’s commitment to bring the highest level of professionalism and superior service to every assignment is central to his experience and expertise in commercial brokerage services. In addition to his persuasive mediation skills, his professional strengths include a keen understanding of market cycles and trends necessary in developing successful marketing strategies.
