Charles has extensive experience as a specialist in the field of commercial land real estate. His specialty includes acquisition, disposition, assemblage, development, entitlements, and evaluation. He has experience in all sectors including residential, industrial, office, retail, mixed-use, and investment. Representing both sellers and buyers, Charles has negotiated the sale of millions of dollars of unimproved land throughout the entire Kansas City Metropolitan area.
Prior to joining Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, Charles served as Vice President of Sales at The Land Source. He was instrumental in the explosive growth of a small boutique land firm that doubled in size during his tenure.
For more than five years, Charles owned and operated the Copa Room, a highly successful restaurant and catering operation based in Kansas City, Missouri. Charles also served as Strategic Opportunity Manager for the Sprint Corporation, specializing in telecommunications infrastructure build-out of multiple metropolitan markets. Prior to this, he served as the national point of contact for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. for more than six years and received multiple sales awards for performance.
