"Thank you for your guidance and skill in helping us navigate the sale of our land. This was not an easy task as it was a protracted sale that required patience and deft manoeuvring. We benefited by having you on our side to negotiate a deal that maximised the value for us."

"I would just like to take the time now to thank you for all your assistance and continued high level of professionalism over this past year. Yes, i know you will probably come back and say "that's what I'm paid for" but you always go the extra couple of miles Chris and it is very much appreciated still."

"Chris, this is just what is required and I am, as ever, very grateful for your speed and professionalism in getting to grips with it."

"As important as technical competence was the ability to think creatively, secure interests with the minimum of cost, financial and reputational risk and operating professionally and sensitively in what was, sometimes, a delicate political and charged public relations environment."

"A very good report - thorough and giving much to think about."
