Mr. Volke joined Colliers International in 2003 after a successful career with InSite Realty Partners. At InSite, Chris was responsible for the analysis and negotiation of a wide variety of commercial real estate projects, including industrial and office lease transactions, as well as design-build and sale/lease-back assignments. Since joining Colliers, Chris has negotiated over 50 transactions with a value of $8.5 million.

Prior to his real estate career, Chris held positions at both American Express Financial Advisors and Riverway Bank.  In these positions he developed an in-depth understanding of financial analysis.   During this time, Chris also obtained both a Series 7 Brokerage License and the Texas Insurance Group 1 designation. With this background Chris brings a unique and creative perspective to the structuring of solutions for his clients needs.
