Mr. Volke joined the Colliers International team in 2003 after a successful career with InSite Realty Partners. Chris is responsible for the analysis and negotiation of a wide variety of commercial real estate projects including office, industrial, and retail lease transactions. In addition to tenant based services, Chris is also experienced at the acquisition and disposition of office and retail facilities. Prior to his real estate career, Chris held positions at both American Express Financial Advisors and Riverway Bank. In these positions he developed an in-depth understanding of financial analysis which he is able to apply in designing creative solutions for his clients’ real estate needs.
