Chris Routledge is an Associate with Colliers Spectrum Cauble Realty, LLC.  Mr. Routledge specializes in project leasing, pre-leasing of new developments, redevelopments and specialty centers as well as outparcels sales and ground leases.   Mr. Routledge currently leases over 1 Million square feet of shop space in North Georgia, Atlanta, Macon and Valdosta.  Mr. Routledge is also involved in the representation of tenants in their site selection process throughout the Metro Atlanta area.  Mr. Routledge and his team also assist several national and regional tenants in site selection.

Prior to joining Colliers Spectrum Cauble, Mr. Routledge worked in Sales and Research positions at The Dorey Companies, where he furthered his knowledge of the Atlanta retail market as well as built relationships throughout the commercial real estate industry.

Professional Accomplishments

Mr. Routledge has handled a large portfolio of clients, both institutional and entrepreneurial. Mr. Routledge has handled the leasing of grocery-anchored centers, the development of anchored and unanchored strips, and the sale of outparcels to national credit tenants. A sample of Mr. Routledge’s client list include: Kroger, American National Insurance, Majestic Realty, Capmark, Developers Diversified Realty and Wal Mart.
