Mr. Chris Klein is a Senior Vice President at Colliers International in Houston, Texas. He joined the firm in March, 2001. Areas of expertise include real estate management, investment, development and acquisitions. Since joining Colliers, Mr. Klein has sold more than 55 office and/or industrial buildings as well as over 350 acres of land to user developers with a total transaction value of over $87 million.

From 1983 to 1985, Mr. Klein was a Project Manager for Wilson & Wilson, and in 1982 served as Property Manager for Robert S. Wilson Investments.
