Chris Kindel is the Senior Real Estate Manager for Colliers Property Management Services. Chris  brings over 22 years of real estate experience to Colliers  with an expertise in commercial and corporate real estate  transactions, and corporate & third party property management .  Chris has been involved in an extensive portfolio of real estate transactions consisting of several million square feet of property management assignments and multiple lease negotiations, subleases, sales, purchases and lease dispositions. 

Before joining Colliers Property Management Services, Chris served as the Director of Property Management for CB Richard Ellis Grand Rapids overseeing the West Michigan office and all facets of a third party managed portfolio of office, retail and industrial real estate. He also served as Manager of day to day operations of a Class A office high rise, retail mall and condo assets.

Additionally, Chris was Corporate Lease Manager for Spartan Stores, Inc. in Grand Rapids, MI where he was directly responsible for property & facilities management and lease administration for 98 properties totaling over four million square feet.  He completed various projects and assignments involving the regional leasing of retail and warehouse space.

Chris also previously held the position of Corporate Facilities Officer – Real Estate, for Old Kent Bank (aka Fifth Third Bank) in Grand Rapids, MI where he was responsible for property & facility management and lease administration for nearly 600 properties totaling over 3 million square feet.

Chris works in various capacities with other national real estate organizations, maintains a Texas Real Estate Salesperson License, and is also a Michigan Licensed Real Estate Broker.
