Upon graduating from University of California at Santa Barbara, Charles Tingey began his career in commercial real estate.  In 1968 he established Charles Tingey Associates as a specialized commercial brokerage firm servicing Central California.  In 1996 the firm joined Colliers International, an international real estate services company with approximately 238 offices in 51 countries.  Over 35 years, Charles has served on the boards and councils of numerous groups and organizations, both civic minded and real estate oriented.
