AREA OF EXPERTISE
Charles Swain is President of Colliers International Management - Atlanta, LLC and is responsible for a portfolio of over 150 retail, office and industrial properties in excess of 30 million square feet. Mr. Swain leads a team of over 40 professional and support personnel in all facets of the business including property management, accounting and construction management. Mr. Swain also serves as President of Spectrum Maintenance Services which provides a full line of repair, maintenance and construction services throughout north Georgia on behalf of numerous clients.

PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Since joining the company in 2000 and under Mr. Swain’s leadership, both Colliers International Management - Atlanta, LLC and Spectrum Maintenance Services have grown substantially both in their level of service and market share.
Mr. Swain serves as Chairman of Colliers International’s Real Estate Management Services group with a combined management portfolio in excess of 500 million square feet throughout the United States.

BUSINESS & EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Prior to joining Colliers International Management - Atlanta, LLC, Mr. Swain served as Regional Director of Operations for Equity Investment Group with a portfolio of 135 properties throughout the southeast. Mr., Swain also served as the District Director of the northeastern United States for the Marcus Corporation, managing and developing hotels in ten states with a staff of over 300.
