Cathryn joined Colliers Lanard & Axilbund (CL&A) in 2009. She provides comprehensive real estate services, including tenant and landlord representation; office, land and industrial acquisition and sales; as well as consulting to a diverse base of local and national organizations. With a particular focus on nonprofit organizations, she applies her expertise and knowledge of Philadelphia’s neighborhoods and resources to help clients achieve their strategic, operational and financial goals.

Achievements
Before joining CL&A, Cathy was a Senior Director at GVA Smith Mack where she handled leasing, landlord representation and sales. Prior to that, she spent ten years with SSH Real Estate, serving as President of the Nonprofit Services Group.
Previously, she had a successful career in the nonprofit sector serving in leadership positions with the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance and The Institute for the Study of Civic Values. She has also taught and lectured at the Wharton School and the School of Social Work of the University of Pennsylvania, the University of the Arts, Drexel University and Eastern College.
