AREA OF EXPERTISE
Cathryn joined Colliers in 2009. She provides comprehensive real estate services, including tenant and landlord representation; office, land and industrial acquisition and sales; as well as consulting to a diverse base of local and national organizations. With a particular focus on nonprofit organizations, she applies her expertise and knowledge of Philadelphia’s neighborhoods and resources to help clients achieve their strategic, operational and financial goals.

AREA OF EXPERTISE
Before joining Colliers, Cathryn was a Senior Director at GVA Smith Mack where she handled leasing and sales for tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers in Philadelphia. Prior to that, she spent ten years with Seligsohn Soens Hess Commercial Real Estate, serving as President of the Non profit Services Group.

Before becoming a broker, Cathy had a successful career in the non profit sector serving in leadership positions with the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance and The Institute for the Study of Civic Values. She has also taught and lectured at the Wharton School and the School of Social Work of the University of Pennsylvania, the University of the Arts, Drexel University and Eastern College.

Cathy was awarded Colliers “Citizen of the Year” Award for 2009.
