Casey has rapidly raised his level of transaction experience establishing himself as one of the Irvine office’s rising stars. Since 2004, Casey has closed 63 transactions valued at $52.5 million totaling 1.4 million square feet. Among those transactions is a $13 million, 180,000 square-foot distribution facility in Santa Ana, Calif., in which he represented both the buyer and seller, and a 4.7-acre land site in Santa Ana, Calif., which sold for $8 million.
