Prior to joining Colliers Tingey International in 2001, Mr. Marsella worked as a Leasing Manager for Western Properties Trust and Thomason Development Company.  Prior to that, he was a Top Producer at CB Commercial focusing on retail tenant representation, sales and leasing.  Cary has been involved in commercial real estate since 1989, and has acquired particular expertise in project development in central and northern California.
