Carol’s activity in the commercial real estate industry spans thirty years. She has her sales and brokers real estate license. During her 30 year tenure with Colliers, she has specialized in representing commercial, office and Not for Profit clients in the Tampa Bay market area. Carol was awarded her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 1991. An impressive client list includes local business owners, regional and national corporations, municipalities, universities as well as other Not for Profit organizations. Carol’s previous career as a designer affords expertise in design and space planning for her clientele.
