Camille Renshaw specializes in investment sales at Colliers Arnold. She has over ten years of experience in site selection and development of investment property with a need for a focused business plan. Her areas of specialization include Office Buildings, Industrial/ Flex properties, and land sales and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Colliers Arnold, she oversaw the Commercial Division with Keller Williams in the Central Florida region where she specialized in investment property sales and acquisitions. She also has executive experience with Turner Broadcasting Systems, Ingram, American Collegiate Financial Services, and CBS Studios. Camille represents owners throughout the state of Florida and has set new value benchmarks in many of its sub-markets. Her client list includes both corporate and individual investors, such as SunTrust Bank, TECO, Dixie Plywood, and Gramercy/American Financial Realty Trust.
