As an office sales and leasing specialist, Brian Wyatt represents users and owners of office and office/flex properties throughout the Baltimore Metropolitan area. Prior to joining Colliers Pinkard, Mr. Wyatt was a practicing attorney with nearly a decade of experience in private practice -- most recently as a partner with the downtown firm of Anderson, Coe & King, LLP. Throughout his legal career, Mr. Wyatt was highly regarded by his peers for his professionalism and client advocacy. Now, Mr. Wyatt also works closely with specialists throughout the firm as the Co-Director of Colliers Pinkard’s Law Firm Services Group, which assists law firms with their real estate related requirements.
