Profile

Mr. Wyatt has joined Colliers Pinkard’s Suburban North Office team as member of the Office Sales and Leasing and Corporate Solutions groups.  There, he focuses his efforts on behalf of users and owners of office properties in the northern suburban submarkets.    Working closely with specialists in all of the firm’s Baltimore offices, Mr. Wyatt also continues his efforts, on behalf of Maryland health care providers and the legal profession, as a member of the Healthcare, Life Sciences and Legal Practice groups.

Brian Wyatt joins Colliers Pinkard after nearly ten years of practicing law, during which he was highly regarded for his professionalism and client advocacy.  Before joining the firm, he most recently was a partner in the downtown law firm of Anderson, Coe and King, LLP, where he practiced for eight years and specialized in representing individual health care providers and hospitals against claims of professional malpractice in courts throughout the State of Maryland.  While there, his representative caseload included handling matters for:

Medical Mutual Liability Insurance Society of Maryland

     Professionals Advocate

     University of Maryland Hospital

     Johns Hopkins Hospital

     Washington County Hospital

     Frederick Memorial Hospital

In doing so, Mr. Wyatt represented physician-clients and worked closely with physician-consultants affiliated with virtually every hospital and medical school in the Greater Baltimore area.

Prior to joining Anderson Coe & King, Mr. Wyatt practiced with a Towson-area firm, Marlow & Wyatt, which specializes in real estate law.  In addition, he performed a judicial clerkship for Judge Robert E. Cahill, Sr. of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County.
