Mr. Decker joined Colliers Tingey International in 1989 after a successful career in broadcasting sales and management.  In that time, he has leased or sold well over 2,000,000 square feet of commercial property.  A native of Fresno, he has and continues to be involved in a number of charitable organizations and events.
