In his role as Vice President of Retail Services in the Dallas Investor Services group  Brian focuses on the needs of Owners of commercial real estate assets in the Dallas/Fort Worth office of Colliers International.

His primary focus is representing commercial real estate investors and developers with site selection, pricing evaluation, and contract negotiations for acquisition & disposition of retail commercial real estate assets throughout Texas. Brian also has an extensive experience in the leasing of multi-tenant commercial real estate assets as he has been involved in many of the lease up efforts to stabilize and reposition retail shopping centers.

Prior to joining Colliers International in 2016, Brian gained experience working as an in-house leasing representative for Boxer Property beginning in 2007. He helped the Texas based privately held Commercial Real Estate company grow their national portfolio throughout 2011. While at Structure Commercial from 2011 to 2014 his focus was brokerage of multi-tenant retail shopping centers throughout the DFW Metroplex. He transitioned to JLL in 2015 focusing on representation of retail development sites.
